Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Postward at postward.cc (“the service”), a product operated by Human Software Brasil (“Postward”, “we”), the same company behind Análise de FIIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.
1. What Postward does — and does not do
Postward stores the content you create, helps your team review and approve it, schedules it, and publishes it to the social networks you connect. Postward offers two creative execution modes: local Creative (open source, runs on your machine with your own AI providers) and hosted Creative (Postward runs AI generation on your behalf using your own provider API key, metered in credits). In both modes, you are responsible for the content you generate and for complying with the AI provider’s terms.
You connect your own developer applications and API credentials (BYO App) for social platforms, or use Postward’s guided flows to create and manage them. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s developer and usage policies, for the accuracy of platform registrations, and for keeping your credentials valid.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Each workspace has its own members. You are responsible for the members you invite and for the actions they take under your workspace. Report unauthorized access to legal@postward.cc immediately.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postward to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or the terms of any connected platform;
- publish spam, disinformation, harassment, hate content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- circumvent platform rate limits, review processes, or attribution requirements;
- probe or attack the service, other tenants, or the platforms Postward integrates with;
- resell the service or operate it on behalf of third parties under a consumer plan.
We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules (with notice when practicable), and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Plans, quotas and billing
- Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout; taxes may apply.
- Quotas (for example, monthly intentional publications and managed storage) are plan limits described on the pricing page. Quota counts intentional publications; technical retries of the same publication do not consume quota; intentional republishes do.
- Free and Solo plans require you to bring your own storage. Managed storage is included with paid tiers as described on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrades that remove managed storage start a 30-day export grace window before managed media is deleted.
- Trials (when offered) grant paid features for a fixed period; when a trial ends without a paid subscription, the workspace falls back to Free capabilities and any managed storage enters the same grace policy.
- Failed payments put the subscription into a past-due state; after Stripe’s retry cycle the workspace falls back to Free capabilities. Data is preserved.
4.1 Hosted Creative — credits, budgets and AI generation
- Hosted Creative lets you run AI generation (image, video, audio, lip sync, and more) through Postward using your own provider API key (BYOK). Postward stores that key encrypted and uses it only to execute the generation you request.
- Credits meter usage for quota and concurrency purposes. Each capability has a credit weight shown in Creative tools. Credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over.
- You can set budget caps (per job and monthly) and disable specific capabilities in Creative tools. When a cap is reached, new submissions are refused with a clear recovery action; jobs already in flight are not affected.
- Generated outputs become ordinary Postward assets in your workspace storage. Provider URLs are never used as asset identity. Generated media goes through the same review and approval flow as any other content.
- You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate, including compliance with the AI provider’s usage policies and applicable law. Postward does not filter or moderate generation requests beyond the safety checks enforced by the provider itself.
- If your subscription ends, in-flight jobs complete normally (they were reserved against your paid period), but new submissions require an active hosted-creative entitlement.
5. Publishing, schedules and platform behavior
Postward records every publication attempt before contacting the platform, retries only safe failures, and blocks for reconciliation when an outcome is unknown. We cannot guarantee that a platform accepted a post, that posts remain visible, or that platform APIs stay unchanged. Platform review processes (for example app reviews for LinkedIn or Meta advanced access) are outside our control; any review windows we display are estimates with a “last verified” date, not guarantees.
6. Your data and content
You keep all rights to your content. You grant Postward the limited right to store, preview and publish it as you direct. You are responsible for having the rights needed for the media you publish. With BYO storage your media bytes remain in your bucket at all times. You can export your data in-app at any time.
7. AI agents and MCP
You may operate Postward through MCP clients and AI agents. Actions performed by agents through your authenticated grants count as your actions. Approvals recorded through an agent are recorded under your identity. You are responsible for the grants you issue, and you can revoke them at any time from settings. For publishing operations, Postward does not send your data to model providers. For hosted creative generation, your prompts and input assets are sent to the provider you chose (for example fal.ai) to execute the generation you requested.
8. Service levels and changes
We run the service on self-hosted infrastructure with daily backups, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee during this phase. We may add, change or discontinue features; for material changes that reduce paid functionality, we will give reasonable notice by email. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment (after the recovery process), or lawful requests, with notice when practicable. On termination you lose access to workspace data after any export/grace window described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postward’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules (including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor). The forum is that of Human Software Brasil’s headquarters. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Changes to these Terms are announced on this page with an updated date; continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
