Connect an Instagram Professional account to Postward.
What you need
An Instagram Professional account — Business or Creator. A Personal account cannot be connected; switch it in the Instagram app under Settings → Account type and tools.

Open Publishing destinations
Choose Instagram and press Connect with Instagram.

Choose your Instagram account
The connection flow asks you to sign in, even if another Instagram account is already logged in. Enter the Professional account you want to publish from; your password stays on Instagram.

Authorize Postward
Instagram shows what Postward asks for — read your profile and publish posts, reels and stories. Review it and continue.

Confirm the connected account
The account appears under Connected accounts with its handle. From there you can check the connection health, or disconnect and connect again.
To add a different account, choose Connect another account and sign in with that account. You do not need to disconnect the accounts already connected to Postward.
There is no Meta or Instagram app to create, no App ID or App Secret to enter, no callback URL to register and no Facebook Page to choose: the account is authorized directly with Instagram, and Postward's own app carries the permissions.
