Connect any MCP client

The protocol-level setup for clients supporting Streamable HTTP and OAuth.

Authentication: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE

    Register the server

    Use the URL exactly as shown; Postward publishes protected-resource and authorization-server metadata.

    Trigger OAuth

    Call any tool or use the client's authenticate action. Sign in and approve the requested scopes.

    Verify

    Call list_workspaces. A successful result means transport, OAuth and workspace access all work.

Do not use static bearer tokens

Postward rotates OAuth refresh tokens and re-checks workspace membership and entitlement on every call.
